When planning your next conference, seminar or training session, Kairau Lodge will prove to be an excellent choice.

Our unique venue offers total privacy, away from the distractions of the workplace, enabling you to achieve greater depth of focus and productivity. The Lodge is also excellent for private, confidential meetings. An added bonus here is our free car parking area.

We have the latest Smartboard technology, audio-visual systems and broadband access. In addition to our main conference room there are various ‘break-out’ areas, enabling team-sessions.

We can provide theatre-style seating for approximately 35 delegates

or table-style seating for smaller numbers. Please discuss your requirements with us and we will do our best to accommodate you in the style best suited to your meeting.
The daily rate for our conference facility, including technology is $300 + GST.

To make your day complete, we offer coffee on arrival, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea for $35 + GST per head. If you prefer, you can make arrangements for outside catering to provide your food.

In addition we offer overnight accommodation for out-of-town facilitators, booked together with the conference facilities. The tariff is $135 + GST per person for bed and breakfast. We have three double rooms available with a choice of full-cooked Lodge Breakfast or continental breakfast.
